Spectral Stone offers a 14 day return or exchange at no cost on new purchases from the date of purchase. The piece or pieces will not be eligible if they have been:
-Eaten by your dog
-Run over by a vehicle
-Mistaken for ingredients in a recipe and baked
-Basically, anything unreasonable 🙂
Custom orders are non-refundable; however, adjustments may be taken into consideration. I hope this refund and return policy is as transparent as it can be. Your personal information (name, email etc.) will never be shared with ad agencies or anyone else.

I don’t list any jewelry on Etsy, but you can find similar products to get an idea how the prices find you here compare to other jewelry. Hint: if you find similar things that are significantly less expensive, it’s likely they aren’t using real sterling silver, or the stones are actually resin. I only use sterling silver, which I buy from Rio Grande Jewelry Supply. Their metals are ethically sourced from refiners on the London Bullion Market Association. (LBMA) I have a few different sources for stone, but I primarily buy rough rock from The Gem Shop, Inc. located in Wisconsin. Much of their stone comes directly from mining operations, some of which they own.
